When life is hard And, relationships are too You feel put in a tiny box What are you suppose to do? Trying to be who everyone wants Instead of who you are Trying to be perfect Knowing that you're not Being opened minded And, opened hearted too In this world it's hard to do Because, they try to convince you their way is true! So, it leaves you confused And, totally perplexed You question yourself And, wonder "what's next?" I guess "what's next", is up to you Will you follow your dreams What will you do? Will you be who you are Or be who they want? Will you always listen to others? When will you follow your heart? Follwing your heart Could never be wrong It could lead you to happiness And, isn't that what you want? You want to be happy without the lingering
